Welcome to Reon Infrasoft LLP. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our software products, licenses, and related services (the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, making a payment, or subscribing to our software, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our Services if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. License and Usage

• Our software, including the CineStudio AI Cinematic Production Platform (whether accessed online or delivered digitally), is licensed to you, not sold.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your personal or commercial projects.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, duplicate, or distribute our software, UI, codebase, or your unique License Key to any unauthorized third party. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action under Indian and International Intellectual Property Laws.

3. Payments and Billing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. For subscription-based licenses, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring billing cycle.

4. Strict No Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our AI software, license keys, and API usage costs involved in video and image generation, all sales are final.
• We do not offer any refunds, partial refunds, or credits once a payment is successful, a license key is generated, or a subscription is activated.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure their system meets the minimum requirements to run the software before purchasing.
• In the event of a defective physical delivery (e.g., a damaged Pen Drive), we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if reported within 7 days of delivery. This does not constitute a refund of the software license.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• CineStudio, including its source code, UI/UX design, AI prompt engineering, Character Library system, cinematic controls engine, and all proprietary features are the exclusive intellectual property of Reon Infrasoft LLP.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
